Go to the property, make an opening on the ceiling to test what is
causing the problem.
Increase the opening to repair.
Insulate 2 air conditioning copper pipes properly.
Make good the opening made on the ceiling.
Supply and fit 2 new covers, spray painted and painted in white.
Spray paint and paint once all completed.
