Work carried out on 29 August 2025
Remove the frame and bottom of wardrobe in back bedroom.
Dig a hole on the wardrobe floor to inspect.
Inspect the area, by going into the community void to locate the
leak.
Make 2 openings on back wall to inspect and find the actual height
and location, increase one of them to carry out the repair works.
Waterproof the back wall from the communal area behind the
property with Sika.
Supply and fit new wooden pannel to the bottom of the wardrobe.
Re-fit skirting boards and cover the openings.
