Apply cement to the corner of the terrace where the water is leaking.
Apply 2 coats of rubber paint to the re-cemented floor area to protect the area against leaks.
Cover with cement the roof tiles adjoining the neighbouring property that have come loose and are causing a leak.
Supply and replace one roof tile.
Clean the roof tiles as necessary.
Remove the oven and fit brackets to the shelf underneath to secure it, as it was dropping. Re-fit the oven.
Remove damaged plaster, re-plaster and carry out painting touch-ups in the hall.
Supply and fit one waterproof electrical box to cover the connection, fit different conduits to the cabling in the manhole by the front staircase, and apply cement to cover part of the pipe.
