Description of Works:
Checked electricity meter outside; identified one phase not working.
Inspected fuses: one broken, two tested and working.
Purchase of a new high-capacity fuse.
Installed new fuse and checked electrics at the property; part of the
system was not functioning.
Inspected fuse box: poor connections posing a fire risk; reconnected
affected wiring. Electrics now fully operational.
Labour and materials included.
Note: For safety, a certified electrician is recommended to properly upgrade
the fuse box, as the current connections could pose a fire risk.
