Water was not draining properly in the bathrooms.
Inspection included checking external manholes and removing the
toilet
for further access.
A blockage caused by roots was identified.
A drain camera was inserted and revealed the manhole was full of
roots.
Bathroom floor tiles removed and floor broken open.
Roots were cleared from both the drains and the manhole.
The roots are originating from the lemon pine located next to the
property.
Make good the floor good after the roots have been removed.
Removal of the tree is advised to prevent future blockages.
